This 10-page-paper describes and outlines the functions of a public administration on a city wide level. Much like the White House a city wide board is charged with the operations of the city, setting policy for the city's residents and enforcing them. The author chose a city government to illustrate public policy because it would be a more detailed body to explain and understand. There were five sources used to complete this paper. 10 pgs.
