The Effects of Vatican II on Religion The Vatican II made changes in the Catholic Church as well as in many Protestant Churches. This paper discusses how the Vatican II was a needed change for the Catholic Church. Many of their beliefs seemed to be outdated and did not meet the needs of the people.
