Monastic Bibliotecism: An Anthropo-Theological Study.
This paper details an invented religion, Monastic Bibliotecism, from the perspective of a theological anthropologist and outsider to the religious community. Monastic Bibliotecism is a religion which holds the production of knowledge, specifically the writing of books, sacred, and has formed monasteries dedicated to the preservation of book-related traditions and rituals.
