Death, Suicide, and the Afterlife in the Islamic Faith.
In the wake of the September 11th tragedy, in which the primary suspects were members of the Islamic religious faith, a great deal of information and misinformation concerning the Islamic religious traditions has been released into the news media. This paper addresses the Islamic religion as concerns the process of death and the transition to the afterlife, with respect to how suicide factors into this theology. 7 pgs.
