Between Reason and Religion: Christ as the Cosmic Mediator in Pascal's Pensees.
This paper will discuss the nature of Christ as mediator in the works of Blaise Pascal in his work Pensees. By studying the sections 190 and 192, we can see how he uses reasoning to prove the existence of God through Christ, and why this is a strong philosophical connection in this belief system.
