This paper will attempt to come up with an accurate and useful perspective on gender and youth that can be put to pragmatic use in evaluating commentary on the specifics broached in the debate. Particular concerns will be presented which include: physiology, juridical matters, socialization, cultural norms, and the effect upon the game from the perspective of tradition (i.e. boys). 21 pgs. 26 f/c. 20b.
