In order to effectively function within the field of social work, there is a pressing need to continue to advance both personal experience and the educational experience. No matter how astute the individual within the social work setting, there is always room to benefit from the exploration of new theories in psychology, sociology and culture, and even economics practice. Similarly, the highly educated individual cannot effectively promote their knowledge without experience within the target framework. This paper shall identify personal experiences within a social work profession with the course work which is helpful.
