Prospectus for Dissertation Proposal: Professional Development Needs of California Community College Fire Technology Instructors Fire technology is a field in which advanced technology is integrated into training and techniques. This paper is a dissertation proposal which suggests using a weighted Likert-type survey to assess the needs of fire technology instructors.
