Pothole Tracking System This paper discusses the formation of a system by whcih citizens will be able to log onto a web site and report the location and severity of potholes, at which time the information will be logged within PHTRS and the report assigned an identifying number, stored by street address, size (on a scale 1 to 10), location (middle, curb, etc.), district (determined from street address), and repair priority (determined from the size of the hole).
