Mother/Daughter Relationships in Hispanic Families. There is a large Hispanic population in the United States today. Many live in poverty in the cities, while others have moved up to the middle class and beyond. No matter what class, however, is the relationship between a Hispanic mother and daughter different from the same relationship in non-Hispanic families?
