The Contributions to Education of Lev S. Vygotsky This paper will seek to understand the contributions of Lev Vygosky in education and psychology. By understaning such concepts as the Zone of Proximal Development and Cogntitive Language Development in lev Vygosky's theories, we can see how adult accompaniment is so important in how we view education today. Without the insight of Vygotsky, we would never truly know the value of child development under adult supervision as an invaluable tool for learning in modern schooling today.
