A growing number of medical, legislative, professional, and parental groups are raising concerns over the prevalent use of medication to treat attention deficit (AD), and hyperactivity disorders (HD). Children with AD/HD display a variety of symptoms including marked problems with concentration, organization, and impulsive behaviour. Currently, one child in every classroom across America has been diagnosed with these mental disorders, a dramatic increase over the past 30 years. Opponents are raising a red flag at this alarming and potentially fraudulent trend.
