WHAT SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT THE TREATMENT OF PRISONERS IN IRAQ
This paper discusses what American military personnel can do to correct the problem currently in the news about the mistreatment of Iraqi prisoners of war in prisons in Iraq. Suggesting that whatever is done has to be sufficient to satisfy the Iraqi people and also to assure that this sort of problem does not happen again, considering the need for a written policy, better training, closer monitoring, and a third-party and neutral monitor to assure that prisoners are treated properly.
