Universal Human Rights: An Analysis This three page undergraduate paper examines why universal human rights are not really universal, for in many countries political, social, economic, and religious factors continue to be influential in determining the extent to which human rights are protected or abused. Ultimately, the status of individual human rights has been determined by each culture or society, based upon prevailing beliefs concerning their relative value.
