Government Spending This paper considers government spending and how it could be reduced and controlled by elimianting entitlements and finding ways to get the private sector to do the job instead, suggesting that there are numerous ways government could reduce such spending and turn many of these types of program over to the private sector, which can achieve the same ends more efficiently.
