Nursing Shortages and Incentives: Addressing Problems in the Professional Nursing Industry This paper provides the parameters for a hypothetical research study designed to address three key factors in the shortage of professional nurses in the medical profession. It should be noted that this study is inherently flawed from the outset, as most studies are designed to only prove the presence of one key factor in any set relationship.
