This paper intends to create a directory of vocational rehabilitation resources for Sacramento, California. The successful creation of such a directory will help the individual with HIV/AIDS acquire additional skills needed for the improvement of their basic quality of life. Individuals with HIV/AIDS will be able to acquire counselling, job training, and job placement in institutions which are either HIV/AIDS- friendly or which honor strict rights to personal privacy.
