Exercise Physiology This paper is a report on two research articles, one on an approach to take to make an assessment of a Portable Metabolic Systems, a specific system trademarked and investigated during gas exchange simulations by a mechanical system (GESS) and during periods of exercise, and the other on a comparison of 16 weeks of isometric exercise with dynamic resistance training to see which better controls knee pain and functioning for adult patients with knee osteoarthritis.
