Cloning: A Recommendation to Ban Cloning This paper briefly puts forth a proposal to ban cloning. The paper takes the position that an international treaty be used in order to control international cloning trends. This would help in lessening the potential use of cloning as a tool to alter human genetics. Until such a time as the impact if cloning is realized, this ban on cloning is presented as the only rational approach to the problem.
