An Argument for the Local Labor Tribunal. This paper is an argument for the local labor tribunal. Despite the public perception that labor unions are designed to only help the position of employees, I am highly aware that it is the position of the labor union to protect employment as a whole, and that protecting the rights of the individual worker is important only when those rights have been violated.
