Trends and Issues in Education and Training This paper presents and discusses five topics in the current literature on training: Online training, Video training, Expenses of training, Multi-skilling, and Motivation. All topics are given equal attention, and the paper is suited to be the basis of a presentation on the future of training in general. The presentation suggests future developments that might be made in the field of training linked to technology, psychology, and culture.
