The Well-Educated Teacher This paper defines a well-educated teacher as well as discusses the importance of teachers learning subject content before teaching. The paper lists several attributes of a well-educated teacher. Various courses in college help define what type of teacher a person will make after graduation. Teachers must be able to teach the content of their curriculum and know that their students understand the material.
