Piagets Theory of Motivation Through Adaptation in Cognitive Development
This paper will address the theory of Adaptation, as prescribed by Piaget, to show how motivation occurs in young children. By displaying the sub-theses of Assimilation and Accomodation, we can learn how this theory correctly shows how children think and act on new information. By these means, we can see how Piaget has made a lasting contribution to understanding how children develop intellectually.
