Pedagogy, Andragogy or Synergogy: The Best Approach to Teaching Adults. This paper will argue that among the approaches of pedagogy, andragogy, and synergogy, andragogy represents the best approach to teaching adults. The approach basically involves a self-directed method, by which adults take charge of their own learning.
