Curriculum Changes in the Next Ten Years In this paper I will discuss curriculum changes in the next ten years. As we move into the 21st century, we as a society are going through a kind of reevaluation of our values and what we hold as important cultural and scientific icons. After an era of multiculturalism and postmodern sulking, educators, philosophers and parents are once again realizing the importance of a canon, and how we may have stayed a bit too far from it. In this paper I will discuss curricular changes will we see in the next 10 years. I will examine the content of curriculum, who will influence it and, who will be involved in its development and design. I will also discuss how these changes will impact me personally.
