Cultural Non-Bias in Higher Education: A Theory for Teaching Graduate Students For Multicultural Education
This paper will examine how the most rewarding aspect of teaching graduate students would be passing on a vast knowledge of theoretical and experiential approaches to the multicultural student. These tools will help garner a new level of racial and cultural integration American society has never before seen. This manner of knowledge acquisition for the graduate student would be the most rewarding prize: to instill pride and non-bias in a racially integrated theory for teaching.
