Human Capital vs. Physical Capital: Which is More Important For Economic Growth. It is the objective of this paper to highlight the exigency of the ionisation between human capital and endogenous economic growth. A brief digest of the evolution of modern growth theory will be provided, with particular attention being paid to growth models that account for the importance of human capital in the contemporary economic environment.
