This three-page paper presents a proposed solution to the question of how to reduce the federal debt in America. The author of this paper takes us ion a tour of the debt itself and some of the things that have been done to reduce it recently. The author then proposes a drastic and unorthodox plan to get rid of it or at least reduce its size by suing welfare funds that can be recouped using the plan.
