Corporate Governance in the Global Economy This paper discusses what Bryan and Farrell see as the nature of corporate governance in the developing global economy and also what they see as the pitfalls for this new economic structure, noting that they see what is developing as a global economy also means a new locus of power and control in the capital market itself, reducing the sway of nations but increasing the potential for nations to be obstructive to a degree as they may attempt to influence the flow of capital and other issues best left to, and now necessarily left to, the markets themselves.
