The Liability to Persons Entering Property for Recreational Purposes. This paper investigates the topic of liability in respect to how those that enter into properties for recreational purposes can successfully sue the owner and/ or operator of a recreational facility, as well as the laws that protect the owner and/ or operator from litigation.
