Rap Music and the First Amendment. This paper will discuss the elements of censorship within the field of rap music and the rights of the First Amendment that gives all freedom of speech. The movement has been under attack for its 'offensive language' and makes a challenge in understanding what should be allowed as a public moral or censored by the public and its lawmakers. This paper will argue for the rights of rappers to have their rights upheld in the Constitution.
