This undergraduate level paper examines the moral and ethical connection between the concepts of justice and the application of justice. The paper examines this subject from three different angles: racial profiling, the penal system, and crime theory. It asserts that all three areas represent a significant imbalance in how justice is "served" from one sector of society to the next.
