This is a ten page paper answering eight different questions concerning law and malice. Malice is determined when a person makes false statements with the purpose of harming an individually intentionally. Libel can be proved when the statements are false and evidence is available to show that the statements were made with the intention of harming the reputation of the individual. Different examples are given to show or explain the case study provided.
