Same-sex Marriages and the Constitution This paper is actually two mini papers: One on same-sex marriage and the other paper on HIV and confidentiality. Three news articles are compared concerning same-sex marriage. The writer takes the view that same-sex marriage should not be allowed because it will change the social term of marriage.
