Women and Business: Sexual Harassment in Canada. Sexual harassment remains a persistent problem in the Canadian workplace. This discussion defines sexual harassment in terms of the Canada Labour Code and the Canadian Human Rights Act. Its occurrence rate in the workplace is then assessed.
