The Beer Game The “beer game (was) first developed in the 1960s at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.” (Senge 27) It takes a common organization in the economy, a production/distribution system of a retailer, wholesaler and supplier of a local beer named Lover’s Beer.
