Public Relations in Action This paper discusses three different examples and why they were successful in public relations. The first one begins with McDonalds when they opened the first fast food restaurant in Moscow. The second example is Wal-Mart and how they get positive attention through charities and scholarships. The third example is Oprah Winfrey giving away over 270 cars. These examples show that making a difference in the lives of others is a great public relation strategy.
