Organizational Behavior Case Study: Federal Airlines and the John Highfield Company. This report provides two case studies of motivation and leadership during change. In the first a new Work Improvement Program (WIP) is being introduced. In the latter, personnel changes at the management level have occurred. In both cases lower employee motivation and declining productivity have resulted.
