Nursing Administration Scenario: Study of Management in a Hospital Setting Based on a case example where an executive secretary cannot maintain control of two workers under her, this paper uses "Fiedler's Contingency Model" to define how the executive secretary needs to prioritize her behaviors. This study suggests that she is placing too high an emphasis on a routine behavior problem, and that she needs to define problems in respect to the work environment.
