Comparison and Contrast of the John Highfield Company and Puck Stop. This paper compares and contrasts the John Highfield Company and Puck Stop. The employees of the John Highfield Company and Puck Stop became demotivated because of problems with leadership and also with communication. At Puck Stop, Mike is to some extent a directive leader since he informs the players of what is needed to make the playoffs.
