Classical Management: The Disposition of Laundry Assets.
The classical theory of management represents the first systematic analysis of work and the workplace. This case analysis applies the classical principles to the disposition of the assets of twenty laundries facing closure in a chain of Laundromats. The case focuses on the most cost efficient, coincidentally the most efficacious manner of disposing of these assets. Important consideration is also given to non-economic benefits of various means of disposal. 10 pgs. No bibliography listed.
