City Commission Meeting on Oct 1, 2003 The town has a city commission of five members that met October 1, 2003. The leader used good leadership skills while getting different members of the community to discuss different problems and needs of the community. It was apparent that the leader had participated different problems that were going to be discussed and he led his team to make appropriate decisions in meeting the problems that were discussed that night. The leader had several leadership characteristics as well as the board having several characteristics that were good for problem-solving, however some of the needs were not completely discussed.
