The Springfield Ballet Company has come to a crossroads in its existence. It has an outstanding opportunity in front of it that can pull it out from the financial duress it has been under for so long, yet, if it does not plan strategically, it will only be a matter of time before it finds itself in a similar situation. They cannot count on Mikhail Baryshnikov to come and rescue them again. As such, it is critical that the company consider carefully their positioning in regards to: human resources, marketing, financial, and overall strategy.
