A Book Report. This three-page undergraduate book report is about the work of John P. Cochran and Fred R. Glahe regarding the Hayek-Keynes debate on trade-cycle theory. Both theorists followed the Wicksellian transmission mechanism concerning saving, investment, and interest rates.
