To Drop or Not to Drop: The Pros and Cons of the Nuclear Attack on Hiroshima and Nagasaki This paper will argue that the US decision to drop the bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki was a flawed one that hurt American foreign policy legitimacy in the eyes of a world that was already prepared to dislike it.
