This paper considers design issues in terms of lighting for a small business, a wine seller in an interior room with no outside light source, in a room made of brick walls and ceiling and with an arch in the ceiling, noting that there are a number of issues to be considered in lighting a room including the design of the room, the light that already exists, the tasks to be performed in that room, the placement of light sources, and so on.
