Urban Studies: Understanding the Problems and Solutions for Urban Sprawl in the United States In this paper we can define urban sprawl, and the issues that surround New York CityÂ’s problem of over population in the city. Also, the availability of greater suburban public transportation has been applied here to help lessen populations. By understanding the problem of urban sprawl, there can be greater advantages in seeking solution that will make cities environmentally safer and more equipped for large populations.
