Leadership Competencies: An Analysis of Sudan Mission Requirements This six page postgraduate paper examines the responsibilities of the commander of a security forces squadron assigned to provide protection for a task force in Sudan. These responsibilities require that he perform to the maximum of his ability and rely upon his training and experience to fulfill his mission.
